The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118, 109, 352, 351(2) & 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted on the head of husband of informant by means of sword. Doctor has found grievous injury. 4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 27.02.2025 having clean antecedent. 5. Heard learned APP for the State. 6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in Patna High Court CR.
