The minutes of the meetings before the learned arbitrator indicate that, the respondents have not been appearing before the learned arbitrator as well. The mandate of the learned arbitrator is due to expire on September 8, 2025. It is submitted that the proceedings are completed, but the award is yet 2 to be published.
