(Oral) Since petitioner has already completed her normal tenure of posting at the present place of posting i.e. HWC-Chowki, District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, but her representation (Annexure P-4) for transfer to some other station is not being decided by the competent authority, she is compelled to approach this Court seeking directions to respondents to do the needful within stipulated time. 2. While putting in appearance on behalf of respondents, learned Additional Advocate General fairly states that decision on the representation, if not taken already, shall be taken expeditiously. 3. Consequently, in view of the above, this Court without going into the merits of the case, deems it fit to dispose of the present 2025:HHC:3236 2 petition with the direction to respondents to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-4), expeditiously, preferably, within a period of four weeks. Ordered accordingly. Needless to say, authority concerned while doing the needful in terms of instant order, shall afford an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and pass detailed speaking order. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in the appropriate Court of law, if she still remains aggrieved. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
