The above contempt case is filed complaining about the non- implementation of the order dated 09.07.2024, passed in I.A.No.1 of 2024 in W.P.No.13788 of 2024. 2. The contempt case was admitted on 12.09.2025 by framing the following charges: 1) Whether the respondents violated the interim order dated 09.07.2024 in W.P.No.13788 of 2024, deliberately and intentionally?
2) Whether the respondents are liable to be punished under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act r/w Article 215 of the Constitution of India? Page 3 of 4
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Sri M.R. Tagore,
learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Sri Ramalingeswara Rao Kocharla Kota, learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the
order dated 09.07.2024 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2024 in W.P.No.13788 of 2024 has been complied with by way of two separate proceedings vide Rc.No.E3/KMC_KNL/2025, dated 08.10.2025.
4. Since the order 09.07.2024 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2024 in W.P.No.13788 of 2024 has been complied with, the respondents are discharged from the contempt, and no further adjudication is required in the contempt case.
5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
