This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents no.3 in not taking any action on the compliant dated 14.06.2020 submitted by the petitioner for taking action against the organizations which are creating hurdles for the petitioner to transport edible oil from Muthukur as illegal arbitrary and in violation of Article 21 and Article 19 of the Constitution of India and praying this Hon'ble Court to direct the respondent No 3 to take necessary action on the complaint dated 14.06.2020 submitted by

the petitioner and to take action against the persons/organizations which are taking law into their hands.”
2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous.
3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
