Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel for the respondents. 2. It appears that matter is settled by availing benefit of Amnesty Scheme. The amount is paid till March-2025 to the satisfaction of the authority. As such, this petition can be disposed of. 3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that there was a warrant of attachment issued by the respondent, which is on the record at page No.51. He has also placed on record across the bar one photograph, which shows that there is a ‘board’ affixed by the Municipal Corporation, Nagpur about attachment of property. 2025:BHC-NAG:1974 2 1-WP No.7463.2024 4. In view of the settlement under the Amnesty Scheme, the respondent - Municipal Corporation, Nagpur is hereby directed to remove the said board from the property of the petitioner. 5. My attention is also drawn to the order passed on 07.12.2021 in Writ Petition No.7210/2018 that one appeal is pending before the District Judge-14 and A.S.J., Nagpur bearing Misc. Civil Appeal No.110/2014. 6. The learned District Judge – 14 and A.S.J., Nagpur is hereby directed to decide the Misc. Civil Appeal No.110/2014, as early as possible, preferably within a period of two months. 7. In view of that, the Civil Application and the Writ Petition stand disposed of in the above terms. (SMT.
