ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a Writ Order or direction particularly, one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not initiating any action on the report of Tahsildar vide its proceedings No RC B 148/2020 dated 15.10.2020 despite the very fact that the petitioner also made number of reports against the persons who are unauthorized interference over the possession of the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and also violations of Article 14,15,16,19 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No 3 to act immediately on the report of the petitioner and pass.…”
2. Heard Sri Jada Sravan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even though the civil suit in O.S.No.302 of 2009 filed for permanent injunction was decreed in favour of the petitioner, the Tahsildar has initiated proceedings under 145 of Cr.P.C. challenging the same, the present petition is filed.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties.
5. Considering the submissions, since the civil suit is decreed in favour of the petitioner granting permanent injunction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
