CONCILIATION ORDER
Learned counsel appearing for the parties jointly submit that dispute between the parties is amicably settled and the respondent - complainant has agreed to receive a sum of Rs.60,000/- from the petitioner - accused towards full and final settlement of the claim.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a sum of Rs.35,000/- is deposited before the Trial Court and he has no objection for the respondent to withdraw the same. He also submits that balance amount of Rs.25,000/- shall be paid to the respondent within a period of three months from today.
3. The joint memo filed on behalf of the parties, which is signed by their respective advocates is taken on record.

4. The petition is disposed of in terms of joint memo.

The respondent is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.35,000/- which is said to have been deposited by the petitioner before the Trial Court and the petitioner shall positively pay the balance amount of sum of Rs.25,000/- to the respondent within a period of three months from today and in the event, the petitioner, fails to pay the aforesaid amount within the said period, it is always open to the respondent to seek revive of this
order.

Parties in the above case have settled their disputes amicably, accordingly the petitioner herein agreed to pay total amount of Rs.60,000/-in favour of the Respondent herein and the Respondent herein is agreed to receive the aforesaid amount of Rs.60,000/- [Rupees Sixty Thousand only]. The petitioner in compliance of the order passed for registry to release deposited total amount of Rs.35,000/- before the Hon’ble Trial Court and agreed to pay the receipt amount of Rs.25,000/- within 3 months from today. The petitioner herein has no objection for the Respondent herein to withdraw the amount Rs.35,000/-. Hence necessary orders regarding be passed accordingly.
