Heard Sri Papudippu Sashidar Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on written instructions, would submit that no crime has been registered on the complaint of the petitioner, since the subject matter is of civil in nature. He would further submit that the daughter-in-law of the petitioner has filed a suit in O.S.No.35 of 2025 on the file of the Principal Civil Judge, Tirupati District seeking partition of the subject property which is pending before the Court. The allegations of forgery and fabrication of documents are matters for civil adjudication. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would further 4 submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties. 4. Recording the above said submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no Order to costs.
