File No. 2844095, Dated 01-06-2025 without any reason and thereby disabling the Petitioner to participate in the APICET-2025 counselling, as being arbitrary, illegal, unwarranted and violative of Articles 14 and 19 of the Constitution of India and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the Respondent authorities to permit the Petitioner institution to participate in the APICET - 2025 counselling. Counsel for the Petitioner: SRI VIJAY MATHUKUMILLI Counsel for the Respondents: GP FOR HIGHER EDUCATION SRK, J W.P.No.19796 of 2025 3 The Court made the following ORDER: The present Writ Petition has been filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:- “…to issue an appropriate Writ more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action on the part of 1st respondent in not granting „No Objection Certificate‟ (NOC) though 2nd respondent recommended and forwarded the case of the petitioner institution through E.File No.2844095, dated 01.06.2025 without any reason and thereby disabling the petitioner institution to participate in the APICET-2025 counselling, as being arbitrary, illegal, unwarranted and violative of Articles 14 and 19 of the Constitution of India and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondent authorities to permit the petitioner institution to participate in the APICET - 2025 counselling.” 2. This Court, on 04.09.2025, passed the following order in IA No.2 of 2025. “……In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, respondents 3 and 5 herein are directed to permit the petitioner institution to participate in the second and final phase of counseling for APICET-2025.” SRK, J W.P.No.19796 of 2025 4 3. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no further orders are necessary to be passed in the present Writ Petition. 4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
