ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent Police particularly 3rd and 4th Respondent trying to Interfere into the Petitioner Private Landed Property in an Extent of AC 2-51 cents in S.No.79/1 Budawada Village, Jaggayyapeta Mandal Krishna District only with the influence of un official Respondent No. 5 using force as against the Petitioner to leave some land towards ingress and egress for 5th Respondent Company if not warned that they will register a case all are

illegal, unlawful , Arbitrary , Violation of Principles of Natural Justice , Violaton of Article 14,19,21,300A of the Constitution of India , it is nothing but interfering into the Civil Disputes Consequently to direct the Respondent No. 4 and 5 officials not to interfere nor threaten the petitioner in connection with the Petitioner Private Property as a Civil dispute in any manner or what so ever in the interest of the justice.”
2. Sri R.Siva Sai Swaroop, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, with the influence of Respondent No.5, the Police are interfering with the civil disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent No.5.
3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that the Police are not interfering with the civil disputes between the parties.
4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Police are
directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent No.5. There shall be no order as to costs.
