HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY W.P.No.27129 of 2025 ORDER : In the present writ petition, Petitioner is questioning the action of the Respondents in not considering the representation dated 21.08.2025 of the Petitioner to upgrade the service register and to enter the names of the Petitioners as the legal heirs of Respondent No.5 as illegal and arbitrary. 2. As the issue in this case is under the jurisdiction of Central Administrative Tribunal, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the Petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal for redressal of his grievance.
