GP FOR REGISTRATION AND STAMPS (AP) The Court made the following: 3 ORDER:- The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not finalizing Application No.3875, No.VZG1001-60-74374, of the petitioner dated 23-10-2017, for the purpose of mortgage in favour of the 5th respondent, as required under G.O.Ms.No.301 dated 05-07-2016 issued by the 6th respondent. It is submitted that such inaction is illegal, arbitrary, and contrary to the statutory guidelines, and the petitioner consequently seeks a direction to the respondents 2 to 6 to dispose of the application dated 23-10-2017 for mortgaging the property for approval of building construction permission to an extent of 381.14 sq. yards, for House/Commercial purposes in the old House No.7-15-21, Srinidhi Street, Old Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam District, as per revised building rules, irrespective of Section 22-A of the Stamps and Registration Act. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the GVMC, upon written instructions, submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been adequately addressed by the respondent authorities by granting a building permit order dated 02.08.2018. 3. Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.
