Learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 has submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition extension of the petitioner has been refused beyond 05.06.2019. Therefore, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous.
2. Nobody is present on behalf of the petitioner today. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting this petition due to aforesaid development.
3. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
