Commissioner of Settlement & Consolidation at Berhampur and that Revision was filed on dated 24.07.2024, but, according to the learned counsel for the petitioner in this writ petition supported with an affidavit that, since the date of filing of the revision petition, no progress has been made in S.R.P. Case No.40 of 2024 and no order has been passed by the learned Addl. Commissioner of Settlement & Consolidation at Berhampur. 3. Heard from the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned SC for the State. 4. On the basis of the submissions of the learned counsels of both the sides, it is felt proper to dispose of this writ petition at this stage finally. Saroj Kumar Nanda ..... Commissioner of Settlement & Consolidation at Berhampur is directed to proceed with the S.R.P. Case No.40 of 2024 as per law immediately and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible as per law. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of finally. 7. Registry is directed to communicate this Order to the learned Addl. Commissioner of Settlement & Consolidation at Berhampur immediately. 8.
