The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 23.4.2025 passed by the Additional Awas Commissioner / Additional Registrar U.P. Awas Evam Vikas Parishad (Sahkarita Anubhag) 104, Mahatma Gandhi Marg, Lucknow i.e., respondent no. 2 whereby the respondent no. 2 has stayed the order dated 4.4.2025 passed by the petitioner no. 2 removing the respondent no. 6 from the post of Secretary of Sainik Sahkari Awas Samiti Limited, Sainik Bihar, Kura Ghat, District Gorakhpur and appointing one Sri Ashok Sahi on the aforesaid post. The order has been passed on the ground that the petitioner no. 2 as Chairman of the Society had no powers to remove the Secretary of the Society and the power can be exercised only by the Committee of Management of the Society. As the order dated 23.4.2025 is only an interim order and no final decisions has yet been taken by the respondent no. 2, we refrain from taking any cognizance under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
