GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in trying to interfere with the civil disputes in O.S.No.65 of 2021 on the file of the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Vuyyuru, Krishna District by the respondents as arbitrary, illegal and violative of provisions of Cr.P.0 apart from gross violation of Article 14, 21 of the Constitution of India.” 2. None represented for the Petitioner. 2 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, based on the complaint of one Thumati Adhiseshu, a case in Crime No.186 of 2021 has been registered against the Petitioner herein for the offences under Sections 341, 447, and 506 read with 34 IPC. It is further submitted that the Police are not interfering with the civil disputes between the parties. 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Police to follow due process of law regarding the crime registered against the Petitioner. Police are further directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties. There shall be no order as to costs.
