Sri Amit Kumar Singh, learned counsel for respondent No.6 on basis of written instructions submits that grievance of petitioner in regard to arrears of pension and pension are satisfied and requisite orders are passed on 23.06.2025. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he has not received any instruction in regard to above submission, however, further submits that since it is made on basis of written instruction, therefore, there is no reason to dispute it at this stage, and further submits that in case, petitioner still remained aggrieved, a liberty may be granted to raise her remaining grievance before the concerned respondent. In the aforesaid circumstances, on basis of above referred instruction and submissions, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that in case, petitioner is still aggrieved, a liberty is granted to her to raise remaining grievance, before the concerned respondent.
