Heard Sri Krishna Kumar Chaurasia, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents. 2. On 14.05.2025, time was granted for filing counter affidavit and thereafter for filing rejoinder affidavit. However, till today no counter affidavit has been filed. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the prayer in the writ petition is only with regard to deciding the representation of the petitioners dated 05.03.2025 for registration of annual list of the Management Committee of year 2025-26 of the petitioners. 4. Faced with such contention, learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection, if the said application is decided in accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment in doing the same. 5. In light of the submissions made, it would be appropriate that the application dated 05.03.2025 be decided by respondent no. 3, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the contesting parties, 6. In view of the aforesaid, without adverting to the merits of the case, the Assistant Registrar, Firms Societies and Chits Fund, Uttar Pradesh, Varanasi Mandal, Varanasi (respondent no. 3) is directed to consider and decide the application of the petitioners dated 05.03.2025, after giving due opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, strictly in Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Krishna Kumar Chaurasia Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Committee Of Management Of Madarsa Arbiya Sohailiya Millat Nagar Natwan, And Another .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) accordance with Section 4 of the Societies Registration Act, 1860, preferably within three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 7.
