The petitioner has filed the present writ petition claiming following relief(s):- 10.1 It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kind enough to grant the following relief:- 10.2 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the Digitally signed by MOHAMMAD AADIL KHAN 2 entire records relating to the case of the petitioner from respondents. 10.3 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be please to issue a suitable writ and direct the respondents to grant the benefits of 3 advance increments from the date of her initial appointment and revised the pension and made payment of arrears accordingly. 10.4 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be please to issue a suitable writ and direct the respondents to consider and decide the claim of petitioner for granting the benefits of 3 advance increment from the date of her initial appointment and revised the pension and made payment of arrears accordingly, within a period of 30 days. 10.5 Any other relief which Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and cost of the petition.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has restricted his submission to the extent that with respect to the claim of the petitioner raising her grievance she has moved her representation on 29-08-2024 which has been forwarded by respondent No. 4 to respondent No.3 for consideration vide memo dated 30- 08-2024 but till date the same has not been considered, therefore, respondent No.3 may be directed to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner dated 29-08-2024 and also in view of the memo dated 30-08- 2024 (Annexure-P/5) in accordance with law within a stipulated time-frame. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State though opposes on merits, however, he would submit that he has no objection if such a direction is given to the respondent authorities to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within any stipulated time frame. 3 4. Considering the limited submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to take a decision on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 29-08- 2024, which has been forwarded through the memo dated 30-08-2024 (Annexure-P/5) by the respondent No.4 to the respondent No.3, in accordance with law and as per rules and circulars governing the field within 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5. The petitioner is directed to produce copy of this order within two weeks to respondent No.3. 6. With the aforesaid observation the present writ petition is disposed of.
