The petitioner herein filed F-Line Application dated 07.04.2025 through Mee-Seva vide FSNV012500682890 for conducting of survey and to fix boundaries to her agricultural land of Ac.0.73 cents in S.No.1373-1A, situated at Chintalapudi Village, Chintalapudi Mandal, Eluru District erstwhile West Godavari District, and the same is rejected by the Deputy Tahsildar, vide orders in R.C.No.FL/303209/2025, dated 07.04.2025. The same is assailed in the present Writ Petition. 3. Against the rejection order dated 07.04.2025 issued by the Deputy Tahsildar, appeal lies before the Appellate Authority under Section 11 of the Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923. 4. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to file appeal before the Appellate Authority within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. 5. With the said observation, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
