ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 4 and 5 in interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioners and respondent no.6 as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Article 14 and 21 Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent 4 and 5 not to interfere in the civil disputes.”
2. None represented for the Petitioners.
3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that the Police are not calling the Petitioners and not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Police not to summon the Petitioners to the Police Station without there being any crime registered against them and not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioners and Respondent No.6. There shall be no
order as to costs.
