The petitioner, by way of the present petition, has assailed the order dated 28.08.2025 passed by Respondent No. 4, the Authorised Officer, Sewa Sahkari Samiti Maryadit, Umariya, Branch Dadhi, District Bemetara, whereby the petitioner has been dismissed from service. 2. It is not in dispute that the petitioner is employed with Sewa Sahkari Samiti Maryadit, Umariya, Branch Dadhi, which is a society registered under the provisions of the Chhattisgarh Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. Therefore, the grievance raised by the petitioner is amenable to adjudication under the statutory mechanism provided under Section 55 of the Act of 1960 by raising a dispute before the Registrar, Cooperative Societies. 3. Since an alternate and efficacious statutory remedy is available to the petitioner, the writ petition is not maintainable before this Court. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to avail the remedy available under the provisions of the Chhattisgarh Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. 4. It is further directed that if the petitioner raises the dispute within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the appellate authority as well as the respondents shall not raise any objection with regard to limitation, and the appellate authority shall decide the dispute on its own merits in accordance with law. 5.
