ORDER:-
The petitioners have filed the present writ petition, aggrieved by the action of the 2nd respondent and its officials in threatening to dispossess the petitioners in the respective stalls situated on Platform No.1 of N.S. Agricultural Market, Eluru. 2.
The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent, on written instructions, submits that the lease agreement of the petitioners was renewed and as on date, the lease periods stands valid and the Corporation has not been interfering with the possession of the petitioners. It is submitted that as on the date, the petitioners continue under valid lease, the respondent Municipal Corporation would not be interfered. 3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed.
