(Oral) Though this Court is fully convinced that present petition is not maintainable, however, taking note of precise grouse of the petitioner that its case has not been considered by the respondent/Bank in terms of Policy for Restructuring of loans and Advances and New HPSTCB Policy for Financing of Hydel Power Generation Projects, this Court deems it fit to dispose of the present petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to file representation within a period of two weeks to the respondent/Bank, which in turn shall be decided by the competent authority within a period of four weeks. Needless to say, authority concerned, while doing the needful in terms of instant order, shall take note of the policies of the respondent/bank and thereafter pass a speaking order after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
