However, in pursuance to the said notice, the sale has not taken place in as much as no bidder has come forward to bid for taking the property in the auction proceedings and the Bank has to take fresh steps. The petitioner has also not complied with the interim order dated 30.04.2024. 2. What is challenged in the writ petition is the Auction Sale Notice dated 12.04.2024, published on 14.04.2024. As the impugned Auction Sale Notice has not been given effect to in the absence of the bidders, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. 3. In view thereof, the writ petition is dismissed.
