The prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to respondent no.2 to conclude the proceedings initiated under Section 27 of the U.P. Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973 against respondent no.3. 3 The petitioner claims ownership in the property on basis of a sale deed dated 01.10.2007. The notice has been issued to respondent no.3, whom the petitioner has described as his tenant. 4. The suit filed by the petitioner for eviction of respondent no.3 stands dismissed. The notice under Section 27 of the U.P. Urban Planning and Development Act has been issued recently on 11.03.2025, thus we find no good ground to issue any direction as has been sought for. 5.
