Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned State counsel have apprised this Court that the aforesaid FIR has already been quashed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 03.02.2026 passed in CRM- M-58268-2025. In view thereof, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.
