The petitioners have filed the instant petition to seek protection against a threat to their lives and property from private respondent no. 4. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions, states that on police verification, it's revealed that the petitioners have filed the instant petition with incorrect facts and the actual information is that the respondent no.4 is in jail and this fact has not been disclosed in the instant petition, therefore, the instant petition is liable to be dismissed. 4. Accordingly, the instant petition being misconceived and is dismissed.
