The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 3 and 4 submitted that, at present, there is absolutely no boycott of the petitioner and his family members from any social activities. 3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However, if any boycott occurs in the future, the fourth respondent is directed to take appropriate action as against the persons, who boycott the petitioner and his family members, in the manner known to law. Today, the matter is posted before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court by an order dated 10.02.2025, closed the petition. However, in that order, it was wrongly typed as Criminal Original Petition instead of Writ Petition. Hence he prayed for necessary direction. 3. Considering the above submissions, the para No.3 of order dated 10.02.2025 in W.P.No.16699 of 2024 shall read as follows :- “ 3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. However, if any boycott occurs in the future, the fourth respondent is directed to take appropriate action as against the persons, who boycott the petitioner and his family members, in the manner known to law.
