The Court made the following order:
Sri P.Gangarami Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that despite best efforts, the petitioner has not been in contact with him for a long time. Since the matter pertains to the year 2006 and the petitioner has not been pursuing the case through his advocate, it shows that he has no interest in prosecuting the matter. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non- prosecution. However, if the petitioner feels that the cause still survives, he can file appropriate application within a period of two (2) months. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
