JUDGMENT: (per Hon’ble The Chief Justice Sri G. Narendar)
We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Deputy Advocate General for the State.
2. Learned Deputy Advocate General, on instructions, submits that he has been informed that the corpus is not in the custody of the 3rd respondent and 4th respondent and that the 3rd respondent has informed the Police that he last interacted with the corpus in 2020 and, thereafter, there has been no interaction.
3. The submissions are placed on record. 1

4. Petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to approach the Police if she so desires to lodge a man missing complaint.
5. Petition stands ordered accordingly.
6. No order as to costs.
