The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 182 of 2023 arising out of Gurabandha P.S. Case No. 09 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 183 of 2022, for the offences registered under sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-I, Ghatshila. 3. On 16.03.2022 between 7.00 to 8.00 P.M., the petitioner and co- accused namely Jarkonde Soi came to the house of the Informant and started assaulting his son Ladu Haiburu. Thereafter, they took the son of the Informant and threatened the Informant of dire consequences if she revealed the occurrence to anybody. On 26.03.2022, the dead body of the son of the informant was recovered. Thereafter, this case has been instituted. 4.
