THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR CONCILIATION BEFORE NATIONAL LOK ADALAT, THE FOLLOWING CONCILIATION ORDER IS PASSED: CONCILIATION ORDER In this petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing the Award dated 15.09.2023 passed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chikkaballapura, in I.D. No.14/2021 vide Annexure-H. After negotiations, the parties have arrived at settlement. Both the parties have filed a Joint Memo duly signed before the Lok Adalath. The said Joint Memo reads as follows: " 1. The Respondent – Corporation agreed to pay the terminal benefits of the petitioner to 3 the LR’s of the deceased till the date of death of workman by considering continuity of service only. 2. The parties to the proceedings have agreed for the above terms." Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Joint Memo modifying the Award 15.09.2023 passed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chikkaballapura, in I.D. No.14/2021 vide Annexure-H.
