JUSTICE S SUNIL DUTT YADAV ORAL ORDER The petitioner has sought for issuance of writ of mandamus to direct respondent No.3-Tahsildar to mutate revenue entries in respect of schedule property by considering the representation at Annexure-E dated 14.10.2024. 2. Petitioner submits that an extent of 3 acres 38 guntas has been granted as per an order of grant dated 26.12.2005. Further submitted that grant order was preceded by a sketch prepared. However it is submitted that no revenue entries have been entered including mutation and RTC. The representation at Annexure-E is self explanatory. 3.
