It is stated that even when there was an interim protection granted by this Court in the earlier writ petition, the private respondents herein were deliberately delaying the conclusion of the proceedings before the D.R.T. 2 HCJ & RRR,J WP_27734_2025 We dispose of this Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the D.R.T to bring to its notice the directions earlier issued in W.P.No.29532 of 2024. No further directions are required to be issued in the present petition. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
