Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Balumath P.S. Case No. 109/2023, Corresponding to G. R. Case No. 707/2023, registered under Sections 307, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-AB)/ 27 of the Arms Act, later on charge-sheet was submitted under Sections 302, 120-B/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 25 (1-A), 26(2), 27/35 of the Arms Act, and Sections 25(6) & 25(7) of the Arms Amendment Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Latehar. 3. On 12.08.2023, husband of the informant namely Rajendra Prasad Sahu was murdered near Central Academy, Balumath by unknown persons. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that during the course of investigation several accused persons including the petitioner were arrested and they had confessed their guilt. It was further submitted that apart from confession, there is no other material available against the petitioner on the record and similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Latehar in connection with Balumath P.S.
