Heard from the learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 3. Upon hearing from the learned counsels of both the sides, it is felt proper to dispose of this writ petition finally at this stage giving liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Addl. Commissioner, Settlement and Consolidation, Sambalpur (O.P. No.2) (before whom S.R.P. No.1796 of 2014 is pending between the parties) by filing an application for an interim arrangement for preservation of property during the pendency of the said S.R.P. No.1796 of 2014 and in case of filing any application before O.P. No.2, the O.P. No.2 shall entertain the same and he shall dispose of the same as Page 2 of 2. per law within a period of 15 days from the date filing of the application for interim arrangement. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of finally. 5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted to the Petitioner on proper application.
