1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for the following relief(s); (i) That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the present writ petition preferred by the petitioner and by issuing appropriate direction to the Ld. 1st Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur to expedite the trial and make all endeavors to conclude the pending divorce case bearing No. 1043/2023 between 'Abhinav Shrivastava v. Smt. Rakhi Sinha' within a stipulated reasonable period of time, in the ends of justice.
2 (ii) That any other order/relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, proper and just in the facts and circumstances of the present case may also kindly be awarded to the petitioner in the interest of justice.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit is pending since 2023 more than two years has been passed therefore, a direction may be issued to the trial Court to conclude the suit within a reasonable period of time.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court is not inclined to issue a mandatory direction to the trial Court to conclude the suit within a fixed time frame. However, considering the nature of dispute, it is expected that the trial Court shall make an earnest endeavour to expedite the trial and conclude the proceedings at the earliest possible.
4. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. Sd/-
