This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i) Issue a certiorari writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding respondents no. 1 to 8 to paimish the petitioners non transferable land gata no. 192 with standered jareeb with other Gatas to complete the petitioner's land, leaving the National Highway Road Prayagraj Rewa Road area 1.7286 hec." 2. Earlier, instructions were called. Today, instructions have come, which are taken on record. 3. According to learned Standing Counsel, it is proceedings under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 which are pending consideration in which the petitioner has filed his objections and the next date fixed is 13.08.2025. 4. In view of said fact, the authorities concerned are directed proceed with the said mater and decide the same, expeditiously, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order or on the next date fixed in the matter. 5. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits. 7.
