This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by the Petitioners for the following relief: “.to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the inaction of respondents particularly 2 to 6 respondents on petitioners objections dated 28.08.2025, submitted for prevention of registration of any document of conveyance being presented by respondents 7 and Her Agents for re-alienating the land already sold to petitioners in R.S.No.323/2A, of Jangareddygudem Revenue Village and Mandal, Eluru District, as illegal, irregular, irrational, violative of provisions of the Registration Act, 1908, rules, regulations and standing orders framed there under and offends Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 6 particularly respondent not to entertain registration of any deed of conveyance connected to said land if executed and presented by 7TH respondent and pass…” 2. The Writ Petition is filed, aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents, particularly respondents 2 to 6, in not considering the petitioner’s objections dated 28.08.2025 submitted for prevention of registration of any document of conveyance that may be presented by respondent No. 7 or her agents for re-alienating the land already sold to the petitioner in R.S. No. 323/2A of Jangareddygudem Revenue Village and Mandal, Eluru District. ::5:: 3. On perusal of the prayer and the relief sought, this Court is of the considered view that the same is wholly misconceived. If the petitioner has any grievance against respondent No. 7 with respect to the alleged alienation or re-alienation of the subject property, the appropriate remedy available to the petitioner is to approach the competent civil court for redressal of such disputes. This Court, in exercise of its jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, cannot adjudicate disputed questions of title or grant the relief sought in the present Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No order as to costs. As a sequel, interlocutory applications if any pending, shall stand closed. ________________________ JUSTICE D.
