The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Barkagaon P.S. Case No. 134/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 387, 435, 427/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Sri Abhinaw Kumar, learned J.M.F.C., Hazaribag. 3. On 23.05.2024, unknown persons, in order to realize rangdari, had set ablaze four tractors in village Simasi Bagi, Harli, Barkagaon. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he has been put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in confession of co-accused. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Abhinaw Kumar, learned J.M.F.C., Hazaribag in connection with Barkagaon P.S.
