Heard Sri V.Sai Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has submitted a representation to take action against the unofficial respondent Nos. 5 to 9 for lodging a false case against the petitioner and her brother. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home seeks time for getting instructions in this matter. 5. Considering the submissions made, this Writ Petition is disposed of, since it is a premature stage to decide whether any false case is lodged against the petitioner and her brother. However, the petitioner is at liberty to 4 work out her remedy before the appropriate forum at appropriate time, if so advised. There shall be no order as to costs.
