NATARAJ ORAL ORDER The petitioner has sought for a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to quash the complaint lodged by respondent No.2 and permanently restrict the respondent No.1 from entering the premises of the petitioner and also from interfering with its activities. 2. The petitioner, is an association registered under the Karnataka Societies Registration Act, 1960. It appears that the respondent No.1 had applied to become a member of the petitioner on 15.05.2013. It is claimed that respondent No.1 vide letter dated 17.05.2016, had requested certain details of the general body meetings and elections held in the petitioner. After the petitioner replied to the letter dated 17.05.2016, the respondent No.1 filed a complaint before respondent No.2. The petitioner is therefore before this Court, seeking for a direction - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:35111 WP No. 5914 of 2017 to the respondent No.2 to drop the complaint lodged by respondent No.1 and also prevent him from entering the petitioner's association. 3. When this petition was listed for Preliminary Hearing in 'B' group, it was brought to the notice of the Court by the learned counsel for respondent No.1 that the respondent No.1 is admitted as a member of the petitioner and is presently the member of the managing committee of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner is absent. 4. In that view of the matter, this writ petition does not survive for consideration and is accordingly dismissed. Sd/- (R.
