The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the orders in Writ Appeal No.446 of 2025, dated 22.4.2025, the petitioner made a representation to the Commissioner of Intermediate Education, whereas the Regional Joint Director, who is not competent Authority, issued the Proceedings on the said representation. 3. Perused the order in W.A.No.446 of 2025, dated 22.4.2025. In the said order, while granting leave to the petitioner to make an application, the respondents were directed to pass appropriate orders. The order is very clear and un-ambiguous. The direction was not intended to a specific Authority. In view of the same, the contention of the learned counsel that the Regional Joint Authority issued the proceedings in violation of the orders of this Court merits no consideration. There is no willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court. 4. Hence, the Contempt Case is dismissed, at the stage of admission.
