THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR CONCILIATION BEFORE NATIONAL LOK ADALAT, THE FOLLOWING CONCIALIATION ORDER IS PASSED: CONCILIATION ORDER In this petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing the Order dated 26.02.2018 passed by the Industrial Tribunal, Bengaluru in I.D.No.325/2012, vide Annexure -C and to quash the Award dated 20.07.2019 passed by the Industrial Tribunal, Bengaluru in I.D.No.325/2012 vide Annexure - D. 2. After negotiations, the parties have arrived at settlement. Both the parties have filed a Joint Memo 3 duly signed before the Lok Adalath. The said Joint Memo reads as follows: As against the punishment order dated: 29/1/2009 by reducing five annual increment, three annual increment to be reduced with cumulative effect and to restore two annual increments notionally and to pay regular salary from 01/01/2022. 3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Joint Memo modifying the Award dated 20.07.2019 passed by the Industrial Tribunal, Bengaluru in I.D.No.325/2012 vide Annexure - D.
