This Court, vide order dated 16.07.2024, passed in MCRC No. 5079 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Jitendra Pal Singh @ Jatendar had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, if there was no legal impediment. The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur, District-Raipur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 15.01.2025 has requested for grant of some more time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that in this case, the case was fixed for accused statement on 07.01.2025 but due to non appearance of accused, the case was rescheduled for accused statement on 15.01.2025 though, lots of efforts have been made but due to absence of accused person, the case could not proceed further, hence the conclusion of the trial is likely to take some time therefore, he prays for grant of further more time for concluding the same. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of four months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
