The petitioner is a complainant and he is not aggrieved by running of a school namely Mubarakpur Public School, Mubarakpur, Tehsil-Sadar, District-Azamgarh by the respondent No.5-Manager as none of the rights of the petitioner is prejudiced. 4. In such view of the fact, the petitioner has no locus standi to file the present writ petition. 5. Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed with no order as to costs.
