1. The present CRMP has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :-
“It is therefore humbly prayed that the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the FIR No.- 35/22 (Annexure P-1) for offence u/s 295A, 505 (2) of IPC which is a gross abuse of process of law, illegal and against the provision of law and thus, liable to be quashed in the interest of justice. Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioner in the interest of justice.”
2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charges have been framed against the present petitioner by the learned trial Court. He further submits that the trial is in progress and the evidence of the prosecution witnesses are being recorded, therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition to which learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to take appropriate recourse to law.

Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection.
4. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for.
