Perused the record. 3. At the very outset it is pointed out by the learned counsel for applicant that there are inherent defects in this application. He, therefore, fairly submits that the present application be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh giving better particulars, details and proper relief. 4. Prayer made by the learned counsel for applicant is not opposed by the learned A.G.A. and the learned counsel representing victim, opposite party-2. 5. In view of above this application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 6.
